Golf Courses, New Zealand Wide
Enviroscope has provided erosion and sediment control plans for numerous golf courses across New Zealand, demonstrating our extensive expertise in managing the unique requirements of these projects. Some of the projects include Arrowtown Golf Course, Barley Station Golf Course, Gibbston Valley Golf Course, Hogans Gully Golf Resort, The Morgans Golf Course in Pāuatahanui.
Northlake Development, Wanaka
Northlake is one of the fastest-growing neighbourhoods in Wānaka, with close to 1000 residential lots; it’s very own commercial hub and plans for a Retirement Village underway.
Pembroke Terrace, Wanaka
Pembroke Terrace is a 124 lot subdivision that is in close proximity to the Wānaka lakefront and neighbouring residential properties. Enviroscope was engaged by the Pembroke Terrace project team in June 2021 to provide Environmental management services. Erosion and sediment control devices were carefully selected, such as three sediment basins and one sediment retention pond to capture and manage stormwater runoff onsite.
Mt Cardrona Station, Cardrona Valley

Enviroscope provided environmental management services associated with the construction of this stunning architecturally designed home in Queenstown. This larger residential section on sloped topography to a confined flow point, required a highly technical approach to the Erosion and Sediment Control Plan.
Cardrona Alpine Resort Willows Basin Chairlift
In 2021 Cardrona Alpine Resort installed the Willow’s Basin Chairlift on the southern face of Mt Cardrona, opening up 65 hectares of new skiing and snowboarding in the Soho Ski Area.
Te Ara Wānaka Boardwalk
Stage 3 of Queenstown Lakes District Council’s Wānaka Lakefront Development Plan includes the Te Ara Wānaka project – a shared pathway for pedestrians and cyclists that connects Wānaka’s Town Centre with the Marina. Some of the features include construction of a boardwalk running along the lakes edge, improvement of lawn areas and restoration and development of native vegetation.
