The Queenstown Lakes Community Housing Trust will be providing 68 sustainable and energy-efficient homes under a mixed tenure of housing programmes.

Given the site’s proximity to the Arrow River, erosion and sediment controls have been meticulously designed by Enviroscope to mitigate environmental risks and uphold the river’s ecological integrity. The implementation of a sediment retention device and chemical treatment, along with rigorous monitoring programs, has ensured that water discharged from the site meets performance criteria.
