Pembroke Terrace is a 124 lot subdivision that is in close proximity to the Wānaka lakefront and neighbouring residential properties. Enviroscope was engaged by the Pembroke Terrace project team in June 2021 to provide Environmental management services. Erosion and sediment control devices were carefully selected, such as three sediment basins and one sediment retention pond to capture and manage stormwater runoff onsite.

Enviroscope provided a chemical treatment management plan which has ensured the site has been able to appropriately manage sediment-laden water, particularly during repeated rainfall events. An excellent track record of environmental compliance has been maintained by adopting best practice guidelines and working cohesively with the construction team.
