Northlake is one of the fastest-growing neighbourhoods in Wānaka, with close to 1000 residential lots; it’s very own commercial hub and plans for a Retirement Village underway.

The large scale of the development and proximity to the Clutha River make this a complex site environmentally. Since 2021, Enviroscope has been providing environmental services at Northlake including bulk earthworks, civils and the Northbrook Retirement Village.
